RF Present(RFP)  : RFP will go TTL logic high when a signal @RF Input exceeds the internal threshold.
Data Valid : Data Valid will go high when a frequency measurement has been completed and stable frequency data available during Data Valid TTL logic high interval.
Data Invalid : Data Invalid will go TTL high when  
the frequency measurement is corrupted
Frequency Data : The 12 Bits Differential (Through 26LS31) frequency measured data will be available at the output after 150nS of RF input signal. The frequency data is valid for
200nS duration.
       
10 Inputs:    
 
a. Trigger Select : This is a control signal made available to the IFM to select either internal or external trigger. When the Trigger select is set TTL HIGH then external trigger is enable and when TTL LOW then internal trigger is enable.
  i) When the select is TTL HIGH, the frequency measurement start after giving the trigger command externally.
  ii) When the trigger select is TTL LOW, the frequency measurement starts when the RF signal crosses the set internal threshold without giving the external trigger.
b. External Trigger i) When the select is TTL HIGH, the frequency measurement start after giving the trigger command externally.
  ii) When the trigger select is TTL LOW, the frequency measurement starts when the RF signal crosses the set internal threshold without giving the external trigger.
